I had a mixed experience during my stay. The central location was fantastic for exploring Granada, but the issues with room temperature and noise detracted from my overall comfort. Also, I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which was a highlight. However, I faced some inconveniences like the rooftop terrace being closed during my visit.
Rooms

The room was clean and a good size, but it got uncomfortably hot at night. I tried to adjust the air conditioning, but it wasn't functional due to the weather not being warm enough. Noise from the street also crept in despite the double-glazed windows.
Service

The staff were friendly and very attentive. They helped with my questions about local transportation and provided a map for navigating the area. Their suggestions for nearby dining added a personal touch to my experience.

The hotel’s location is excellent. Just a short walk to the Cathedral and within reasonable distance to the Alhambra. It made sightseeing incredibly easy and convenient, with lots of nearby amenities.

The rooftop pool area had beautiful views, but it was quite busy in the afternoons. Unfortunately, the pool was not the relaxing spot I had hoped for. The parking service was excellent, though, which made things easier.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Macia Granada Five Senses Rooms & Suites, enjoying its modern design and central location near major attractions. The rooftop pool offered lovely views, but I found the room noise a bit disruptive, especially at night. Overall, the hotel provided good value, but I would recommend avoiding front-facing rooms to minimize noise disturbances.

The breakfast was quite good, offering a variety of options. However, I found the hot buffet items like bacon and sausage needed improvement.

While the rooftop pool was nice, it was smaller than anticipated and could get crowded quickly. The location also offered easy access to external eateries, which added to my dining options.
